David Allan Ricks 2nd ( born January 9,1992 ), known simply as D'Allan Rixxx, is an american hip hop artist from Bladensburg, Maryland. He is mostly recognized for songs like ” Another Letter ” and ” Mind Of Mines” which talks about america's hardship and the struggles of todays society. D'Allan is also a recording producer and has also stated that everything he does is done in house and it is done by himself only, From video editing to his artwork. People often misspell his moniker by only putting two X's on the end of his name but D'Allan says ” as long as people know the name it is all that matters. D'Allan is currently under his own independent label Forever Devoted Music but says he is open to signing a with a major label if both parties can benefit.

Early Life 1992- 2014

D'Allan Rixxx was raised in a town called Bladensburg in the state of Maryland, to parents who were both from the city of Washington, D.C. , David was a name given to him by his father and grandfather but D'Allan is the 2nd because his grandfather did not have a middle name. He is the youngest of 3 children, he has an older brother and an older sister who he say's teased him a lot as a kid. At a young age D'Allan witnessed his mother being physically abused by his uncle saying he saw his uncle beat his mom often as a kid, D'Allan say's that he watched his mother's head being banged into the door henge and his mother's head and shirt was soaked with blood. ” Stuff like that stick with you for the rest of your life, i was about like 4 or 5 years old but that stick's with me forever but it made me stronger ”. D'Allan's mom had to get staples put into her head. As a teenager D'Allan attended Bladensburg High School and barely graduated due to skipping school a lot but was able to convince his teachers to change his grades to be able to receive his diploma.
