. If you are acquainted with the approach PC gaming collection “Civilization”, you probably realize that it is only slightly less addictive than crack. I have never tried crack, but the “word on the street”, so to speak, is that it's a bit hard to release TM . I recently purchased Civilization 4, which can be the most recent in the Civilization series. That in itself isn't so exciting, but what happened to me at my job as due to it definitely is. I work as a system administrator for a big insurance company in Illinois.
A part of my job is to repair PC's as needed, which can be frequently considering just how many you can find for this place. I informed my co-worker, also a big culture fan that I had the sport and he suggested I take it in for a bit test run. Against my better judgment, we made a decision to play a warm seat game all through work. “Hot seat” ensures that one person has a turn, accompanied by another, which can be only possible with turn based games such as Civ. We both thought that there would often be one of us so we did not see how we could possibly get caught to answer the telephone in our small repair-shop cubbyhole. Boy were we wrong! About four hours into a sport things started getting interesting here .
My civilization found his civilization and we started planning to war against each other, as one may expect. I lay down for my turn and my colleague decided to head off to the lavatory. The phone rang, and I did not pick up in order that whoever was on the other end wouldn't hear the Civ theme music or even the sound of my Panzers working over his infantry. What I failed to remember is that our advanced phone system allows anyone to communicate with us on an speaker phone provided we're not on the phone already. This function was utilized by my boss since no body answered while I was taking my turn…o.k., actually while I was taking my turn and bragging out loud to myself about how well I was doing in the game. I found myself in his office that day, but fortuitously I was only reprimanded and not fired. Not just did I get into trouble, my co-worker continues to create jokes about this at my expense.
I dislike my office phone el paso chipped windshield repair .
